 Saludares of SDO Tayabas City Conferred a Masteral Degree at PICC Dr. Luzviminda E. Saludares of SDO Tayabas City was formally conferred the degree Master of Development Management by the Development Academy of the Philippines during the 2nd One DAP Graduation Ceremony held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) on January 30, 2026. Her six-month-long rigorous training, which ran from January 11 to July 10, 2024, was made possible through the steadfast leadership of Schools Division Superintendent Celedonio B. Balderas Jr. and Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Herbert D. Perez. Their unwavering supportâ??from the application phase up to the successful completion of her capstone project entitled â??Streamlining Human Resource Management Process through Efficient and Agile Services in E-Recruitment (EASieR)â?â??was instrumental in ensuring that her academic journey reflected both institutional excellence and the shared vision of advancing educational leadership. This achievement not only honors Dr. Saludaresâ?? dedication and perseverance but also stands as a testament to the collective commitment of SDO Tayabas Cit, in nurturing leaders who embody innovation, integrity, and service to the Filipino educational community.
